Her transformative journey began in 2017 when she attended a Heal Your Life workshop, deeply influenced by the wisdom of Louise Hay. Inspired, she joined the Heal Your Life organization to share her passion for healing and empowerment. Her approach involves customized workshops, coaching and consulting designed to meet each individual's unique needs and aspirations. She firmly believes that everyone is deserving of a life filled with happiness, health, and fulfilment. Through the principles she has embraced, she guides others toward unlocking their potential, fostering resilience, and cultivating a renewed sense of purpose by journeying within. Her self discovery Journey began in 2005 at Manav Dharam Meditation Centre.

    Ravika Ramnath is a Facilitator, Counseller and Heal your Life Study Course teacher. Much of her work is based on the teachings of Lousie Hay and incorporates a Holistic approach to self-care, allowing people a safe space to heal and grow in both corporate and private sessions.
