Bridget Hawkins has immersed herself in Hatha Yoga for 24 years, teaching both adults and children's yoga for the past 10 years. She teaches a blended form of yoga and qigong, finding that both disciplines have a synchronistic energetic flow that is therapeutic, particularly benefiting those with health issues and injuries. Two years of research into various mindful practices, including neurographic drawing, led Bridget to create a beta program where participants spent a month implementing mindful practices, improved eating habits, exercise, and creative endeavors. This became the foundation of the Three Treasures Mindful Living program. In 2024, she put the Three Treasures Mindful Living program into booklet form, adding stories to make it a user-friendly guide.
