This mid-week retreat will offer a mixed modality intensive workshop including yoga and movement, guided meditations, Reiki healing, chanting, crystal work and energetic activation to cleanse, balance and recalibrate your energetic centers for clarity and alignment to a high vibrational frequency. Delicious vegetarian meals, connection to nature and downtime to rest, reflect and relax will ensure you leave feeling alive and revitalized.

Andrea Rocha is energetically aligned with her current life’s purpose as an Energetic Healer working to facilitate the awakening process, allowing individuals to reach their full potential on their spiritual and emotional journeys. With a Masters degree in Metaphysical Sciences, qualifications in hatha and restorative yoga and a Reiki Grand Master and Theta practitioner, she is working towards her PhD. Andrea is a compassionate and empathetic teacher.
