Through daily yin yoga, movement, the learning of emotional self-regulation tools, breathwork, meditation, and practical and personalized one-on-one sessions, you will gain valuable insights and skills to build stronger, more meaningful relationships.

Merishka Megnath's journey towards holistic well-being is both profound and diverse. With a background in social anthropology and extensive study in Eastern philosophy under the esteemed Guru Swami Parthasarathy at the Vedanta Academy in India, she brings a deep understanding of purpose, peace, and productivity. Her mentorship with Rebecca Thompson Hitt from The Consciously Parenting Project has equipped her with advanced communication, connection, and self-regulation tools. As the founder of The Wellbeings Practice, Merishka now offers her expertise as a Relationship Well-Being Consultant, focusing on practical tools for transformation within relationships. She is researching intimacy as a key factor in relationship well-being for her postgraduate ambitions. She also leads breathwork and meditation classes at Manifest Yoga Studio and is learning the Silva Method to enhance mental clarity and creative problem-solving.
