If you can’t go to India; let India come to you. In this retreat, resident yogi Sailesh Bhatt concludes his 6 month visit at BRC with a yoga retreat focusing on joint movement for flexibility and longevity, dynamic Asana and movement to bring powerful energy to the whole body and system, balancing Asana for concentration and mental well-being, Shatkarmas or cleansing techniques for purification and detoxification, the Art of Yogic Breathing and Pranayama practices for strengthening immunity, and Aum chanting for deepening meditation practice. With over 5 years' experience as a resident yoga teacher at Yoga Niketan Ashram in Rishikesh, India, the Yoga capital of the world, and having travelled extensively throughout India and Nepal teaching yoga and meditation, we are blessed to have Sailesh share his knowledge of the ancient practices of Yoga. The retreat will also offer insight into visiting India for those interested in a yoga holiday at an Ashram.
