Judy Farah began her yoga practice at the age of 18 and has been teaching Iyengar yoga for the past 18 years. She has travelled to Pune many times to study and practise under the guidance of Gurus, BKS, Geetaji and Prashantji. She has attended many seminars of visiting Senior Iyengar teachers and travelled extensively to study under various other Iyengar teachers. This included doing a 6-year Medical/Remedial Course with Stephanie Quirk. It is her ongoing devotion to yoga practice that is her driving force in life.

This online course has been put together in six sessions online for Psychologists, Social Workers, Medical Personnel and any other interested persons who want to further their understanding of these two different operating systems which function to ameliorate pain, develop insight and ease unnecessary suffering. Participants will contribute and learn from the material and each other.

Beatrice Kidd is a registered Social Worker and Clinical Transactional Analyst, Yoga and Meditation teacher and writer. She uses meditation and Clinical Integrative Psychotherapy to investigate the neutral, creative spaces between archaic insecurities and compulsions.
