    Cost: 2 days accommodation + R200 surcharge
    Dates:

di franklinkugan naidoo lotusBe kind to yourself, recharge your energy and reconnect with friends. Enjoy the peace and healing energy of the BRC. The weekend will be adjusted to suit everyone; if you want to go hiking - that is an option - if you want to be silent, catch up with your reading and breathe in the restorative air – that is OK too. Kugan will be available for meditation sessions (either guided or silent) and Di will be offering qigong. Bask in the spirit of generosity and friendship upon which the BRC has been based for the last 42 years. We invite you to bring a tray of seedlings or an indigenous tree to plant in lieu of Dana.

  • Mist Rising, Rain Falling: A qigong retreat

    Teacher: Di Franklin
    Cost: 5 days accommodation + R200 surcharge
    Dates:

di franklinQigong can be loosely translated as the movement of energy. Qi is the energy derived from nature that is always around us. Using 6,000 year old movements, we can tap into this energy and thereby energise ourselves. Qigong exercises are slower than aerobics, but faster than tai chi. There will also be free time to relax and rest, and to take in the beauty of the BRC.
