In this retreat you will learn to access your Body Wisdom through a gentle, but powerful self-enquiry process which will help you to shift years of baggage, trauma, pain so that you can create a foundation for true wellness.

Patti Good is a therapist, energy healer and spiritual teacher. Her passion is supporting those who want to heal their past and reclaim their future, helping them to step into their power by waking up to their innate love, wisdom and joy. She was born and raised in South Africa before moving to New York and London. She spent 14 years as part of the Inner Journey Clinic on Harley Street in London where she ran transformational healing programs to help her clients heal their wounds and find their deepest wholeness using The Journey, BodyTalk, Reiki and EFT. She is currently running both one-on-one healing programs online and conducting workshops and retreats.
