Isabelle is a Horticulturist and an Astrologer who loves nature, creativity and self-exploration. What do these modalities have in common? Nature calms us, and astrology and art give us insight into our souls. This retreat is to play, rest, relax, and restore while exploring your essence.
Through forest bathing, yoga nidra, creative process art, astrology and meditation, Isabelle will lead you on a journey to self.

Isabelle Light has always been by plants and nature early in life. She formalized her passion through studies and has a distinction in the national Horticulture diploma, ran a gardening business for three decades. Her further studies included Reiki, Massage, Yoga Nidra, Forest Bathing and SoulCollage® and Astrology from the Rod Suskin School of Astrology. In her healing business, she realized these methodologies offer a deeper self-understanding, self-compassion and self-tolerance and help to minimize suffering while accentuating life's benefits. Isabelle fell in love with BRC Ixopo upon her first visit in 2014 and has since run retreats facilitating expressive, intuitive and imaginative teachings.
